Over 100 years ago, residents of the Grandview Heights School District made an investment to ensure excellence in our schools and in our community.
Now, it’s our turn to carry forward that promise.
The Grandview Heights School District’s citizen-driven, “once in a lifetime” plan would renew our community’s most valuable assets — our schools. To provide learning environments that encourage all students to reach their potential. To ensure a foundation for excellence well into the future.
Our schools need your support this November. Join your friends and neighbors in voting FOR Grandview Heights Schools. Early voting starts October 10!
It’s a FACT…
The district’s schools, on average, are 90 years old. They need extensive improvement and renovation. Without school modernization, the district would be challenged to divert operating funds toward critical facility needs.
The combined 1-mill operating and a $55.25 million bond issue will:
- Fund safety and security upgrades to all school buildings.
- Build a new fourth-through-eighth grade school, and comprehensively renovate Grandview Heights High School.
- Meet 2018 ADA standards, making all school buildings fully accessible to students and visitors with disabilities.
- Meet the learning needs of today’s students with modern classrooms and flexible learning spaces to foster excellence in all subject areas.
